Activity in this space came to a standstill recently to allow some necessary repairs.

We recently discovered that this site and its related Net spaces had been caught up in a spoofing scam that necessitated a lot of futuristic detective work and cyber-gator rasslin’ behind the scenes. I’m happy to announce that we are now formidably spoof-resistant and tougher than ever.

If you happened to receive an email from, say, joecrook@omahathecatdancer.com about a particularly attractive opportunity to transfer funds from a Mipple City bank, my apologies. But thanks to the efforts of our dogged and hardboiled webmaster, those mugs have been shot in the kneecaps and won’t be troubling us any more.

Also, a very large thank you goes to cyber genius Dan Guy, who went out of his way to contribute some major coding mojo that’s vastly improved the quality of our online existence. Dan’s the man, and I’m vastly grateful for his generous sharing of expertise.
